I do not have much of a sweet tooth but my daughter does. So I thought I would make some treats for my sweetie.
I tried them and they were yummy! I love the combination of the sweet vs salty. These are very easy to make and I recommend you all try to make them. Just try not to eat them all in one setting!
What you need:
{candy melts, pretzel rods, sprinkles,parchment paper (not shown)}
Prepare:
- Melt the candy melts according to the package
- Dip pretzel in the melted candy. Use a spoon to help cover the pretzel
- If you will not be using sprinkles, place pretzel on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Put them in the fridge until they harden (about 5 minutes)
- If you will be using sprinkles, dip the pretzels, then cover with sprinkles and place them on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Put them in the fridge to harden.
There was no way I was going to let my daughter eat them all so we bagged them up and she gave them away to her friends as special treats.
